Ayanna Adult Family Home is an affiliate of Bethel K Investment LLC. At Ayanna, the team is committed to providing the best possible care to our residents. We work together to ensure that each resident receives the individualized attention they need.
The facility is dedicated to providing high-quality medical and Activities of Daily Living to residents. Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of our community through compassionate care and personalized treatment plans. Our residence is located 0.5 miles from the fire station, 1.5 miles from Urgent Care Hospital

Our Services
We Provide Superior Adult Care Services
Physical Therapy
Residents receive Physical Therapy to relieve pain, help them move better, or strengthen weakened muscles and joints to prevent contractures. Maintain or improve their physical abilities in activities of daily living.
Occupational Therapy
Residents also receive occupational therapy on case to case basis as recommended by the primary care provider in order to maintain and improve fine motor skills in activities of daily living.
Speech Therapy for Rehabilitation
Residents receive speech therapy on case to case basis as recommended by the primary care provider. This is specific to residents with expressive aphasia and other speech barriers.
Physician Visits
Residents also get virtual or in person Primary Care Physician visits on a case-to-case basis.
Mental Health
Mental Health Residents, however, get a mandatory monthly mental health physician visit.
Quality Meals
The house also has a flexible meal menu for the whole week. Special meals are provided for special occasions including birthdays and holidays.
